Take a boat trip on a local Ngalwa (dug out canoe) to the main barrier reef for a walk at low tide or enjoy some snorkeling in the shallows.
Take an exciting glass-bottom boat trip with your non-divers and enjoy watching the coral fish from the safety of a boat.
Take to the wind on a windsurfing board and race to the reef and back.

Take a cultural tour to Kaya Kinondo and the surrounding villages.
Visit the 14th Century Kongo Mosque.
Visit the unique ecosystems of the Maftaha Bay Mangrove Forests.
The Maftaha Bay mangrove forests are located south of Chale island.
They provide a unique eco system as they are protected and untouched.
Wildlife is abundant in this area.
