Itinerary
This Safari is a three-time winner of the Hotelplan "Quality

have experienced the tour. The safari is very popular for good reason as it
combines all the best aspects of a Kenyan safari. The vast itinerary offers a
chance to experience the Majestic Masai Mara, the flamingos of Lake Nakuru,
the unbelievable vistas of Mt Kilimanjaro, the fresh water springs at Mzima in
Tsavo West, and the red elephants of Tsavo East.
Day 1 - Nairobi.
Arrive in the Capital City of Nairobi and transfer to your hotel.
Overnight in the The Stanley or similar (B&B)
Day 2 - Nairobi - Masai Mara Game Reserve.
After breakfast you will drive past the extinct Volcano of Mt Longonot and
Suswa into the homelands of the Masai. The Masai Mara located on Kenya's
southern boarder with Tanzania, constitutes the northern stretch of the
Serengeti and has the richest concentration of animals in Kenya. After lunch
at the Mara Sarova Camp you will have the opportunity to observe the unique
world of the Masai Mara. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sarova Camp or

Day 3 - Masai Mara Game Reserve.
You will spend a full day on a game drive which will take you through the vast
plains of the Masai Mara searching for the "Big Five": Elephant,
Rhino, Buffalo, Lion and Leopard. For lunch you will return to the Mara Sarova
Camp. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sarova Camp or similar. (FB)
Day 4 - Masai Mara Reserve-Lake Nakuru National Park.
Your journey will take you straight to Lake Nakuru, which is notorious for its
flocks of Flamingos and Pelicans. The park also boasts over 30 Rhinos as well
as a large population of Leopards. Lunch at the Lion Hill Lodge will be
followed by an afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at the
Lion Hill Lodge or similar. (FB)
Day 5 - Lake Nakuru National Park - Amboseli National Park.
Your day will start with an early morning game drive through the Lake Nakuru
National Park. After breakfast at Lion Hill Lodge you will drive a short
distance to Nairobi for lunch in the Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch you
will drive to Amboseli National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful views
of Mt Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight in Amboseli Serena Lodge or similar (FB).
Day 6 - Amboseli National Park - Tsavo West National Park
Early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast at the Amboseli
Serena Lodge you will depart for Tsavo West. During the drive you will pass
the amazing Lava flows of the Shetani rocks. Lunch will be at the Kilaguni
Serena Lodge. The afternoon game drive in Tsavo West will take you to the
Mzima Springs. Dinner and overnight in Kilaguni Serena Lodge or similar (FB)
Day 7 - Tsavo West National Park - Tsavo East National Park
The day starts with an early morning game drive before breakfast. After
breakfast in the Kilaguni Serena Lodge you will drive to Tsavo East National
Park where you will have lunch at Satao Tented Camp. After lunch you will have
time to relax before your afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in Satao
Camp or similar. (FB)
Day 8 - Tsavo East National Park - Mombasa.
Another early morning game drive before breakfast at Satao Camp. After
breakfast you will drive to Mombasa.
