Itinerary
The combined area of Tsavo East and West National parks is 21,283 square kilometers (8,217 sq. miles), which makes this one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the world. To the northwest is an unusually vivid green range of hills, the Chuyulus. It is here that the eruption of Mzima Springs comes bubbling to the surface with anything between 10-20 million liters of fresh water per hour. This makes for a natural jacuzzi for frolicking hippo and opportunistic crocodiles. Endless plains and the Galana river dominate Tsavo East. Tsavo East contains large herds of elephant, prides of lion and cheetah, as well as being a sanctuary for the recently located black rhino. In the heart of Tsavo East lies Satao Camp which is without question the most beautiful camp in Tsavo East. Satao has been nick named "The Eden of Africa" due to the abundance and close proximity of the wildlife that come to the Satao water hole. For the above reasons this page had been dedicated to two safaris that give the very best of what Tsavo National Park has to offer.
TWO NIGHT SAFARI TO TSAVO EAST.
Day 1 - Mombasa - Tsavo East National Park
Pick up from hotel as per order and drive to park gate in airconditioned vehicle. Transfer into Landrover 4x4's enjoying a game drive on route to Satao Camp. Lunch in Satao Camp. Second game drive in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight stay Satao Camp (FB)
Day 2 - Tsavo East National Park
Early morning game drive before breakfast. Lunch in Satao Camp. After lunch third game drive in the early evening.

Day 3 - Tsavo East National Park - Mombasa.
Early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast drive to park gate. Transfer to airconditioned vehicle for drive back to Mombasa.
TWO NIGHT SAFARI TO TSAVO EAST AND WEST.
Day 1 - Mombasa - Tsavo West National Park
Pick up from your coast hotel and drive to park gate. Enter the park and enjoy a game drive through Tsavo West on route to Kilaguni Lodge. Lunch in Kilaguni Lodge. Second game drive in the afternoon visiting Mzima Springs and Shetani Lava Flow.
Dinner and overnight Kilaguni Lodge or similar (FB)
Day 2 - Tsavo West National Park - Tsavo East National Pak
Early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast drive to park gate. Game drive through Tsavo East on route to Satao Camp. Lunch in Satao Camp. After lunch game drive in the early evening.
Dinner and overnight Satao Camp or similar (FB)
Day 3 - Tsavo East National Park - Mombasa
Early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast drive to park gate before driving back to Mombasa.
